Delivery-
We aim to deliver all our orders as soon as we can. Your order will usually be despatched within 3 days of your order being placed. Please call if you have a more urgent requirement and we will see what we can do.
For orders under £90 ex VAT a £6.50 Delivery Charge applies. Orders over will be delivered free.
If you are local, to avoid delivery costs you may pick up. Please call to arrange pick up day, as items will need to be picked & brought across from the warehouse. Goods are usually ready for pick up within 5 working days.
Delivery applies to UK Mainland only. For orders outside the UK please enquire for costs.
All deliveries are subject to stock and availability.
Returns-
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. Faulty products must be reported within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for their return to us at your cost.
Products are returnable for exchange if the size is incorrect, where permission and an authorisation code has been given, we do reserve the right to refuse to exchange or return. Carriage charges will be applied on exchanges being sent out.
You have the right, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing (e.mail is fine) of within seven working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. We will then issue a returns authorisation code. The goods must be return to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are insured during any return journey. Goods must be returned within 12 days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you.
We will only accept unwanted products for full refund, provided that the goods are complete with all relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition shipping will not be refunded and where shipping is free on an original delivery, a charge will be made, because shipping is included in the original price.
